Madrid, Spain: The Follow up committee convened for a second meeting to finalize the by-laws which had been worked on continuously within the six months since the last follow up committee meeting. They also discussed what challenges were affecting their ability to efficiently work as well as their work in local countries in developing Palestinian youth committed to working for the PYN. They began to prepare for the next PYN conference which would be a combination of a founder’s conference to vote on the drafted by-laws, elect an official board, and vote on a 2 year strategic action plan.
