Madrid, Spain: The International Executive Board met for the second bi-annual meeting to examine our methods of work and communication mechanisms. We also discussed the building of the local national branches as well as confirmed a thorough membership application process. The Madrid meeting concluded with a thorough examination of the Syria Summer Camp program content, logistics and goals.
