Damascus, Syria: The International Executive Board organized the summer camp focusing on creating a program for individuals from all over the world to address and examine the national Palestinian identity in order to address the challenges and strengths we possess as a result of our immense diversity. The aim was for participants to understand the various perceptions and perspectives along political, national, cultural, class, generational, gendered, and linguistic lines including our individual familiarities with Palestinian land terrain and communities. As a result 55 Palestinians from 15 different countries came together to participate in the two weeks camp.
